Michael and Natanya McMahon (Co-Founders)

McMahon & Hill Bloodstock LLC began in September 2001 a year after Michael and Natanya were married.  The couple had invested in horses jointly prior to the formation of the company.  Michael was the former Vice President of Lexington consulting firm "EQUIX Biomechanics".  Natanya a practicing veterinarian at the Versailles, KY "Woodford Vet Clinic" and currently is the resident veterinarian at Winstar Farm in Versailles, KY.

Michael is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Business Management.  He has presided over the board of the NYTB for several years (06-08) and formerly sat as the Vice President of the Belmont Child Care Association.  He is now active with the Cornell Alumni Association. 

Natanya is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Bio Science and a DVM from the Ohio State University.  She presents regularly at Cal – Davis on the use of thermography as a diagnosis/lameness detection tool and has been instrumental in forming Winstar’s hyperbaric program.  Natanya is also involved with "Lilies for the Fillies" a for profit supporting the Bluegrass Farm Charities.  Go to http://www.liliesforthefillies.com/ for more information.

The couple and their family reside on Winstar Farm, which adjoins their own farm "Spruce Lane".  There are two children, Madison (2005) and Aidan (2007).

Jamie Hill (Partner)

Jamie started with us in May 2010.  Since joining he has proven to be an indispensible part of the team, coordinating much of the research involved in filling orders.  Jamie served at Muirfield insurance for two years prior to joining McMahon Bloodstock, and prior to that he worked at Wintergreen Farm.  While at Wintergreen, Jamie worked closely on the syndication and launch of prominent young stallion Pollard's Vision.  In addition to bloodstock work, Jamie will maintain his insurance license and offer a full range of insurance products to our clients.

Deborah Wenger (Accountant)

Deb is the company Accountant since 2008 and also keeps the books for many of the on going partnerships. She is the owner and founder of Equine Accounting & Bookkeeping.  She is also active in sales, racing partnerships and breeding thoroughbreds.  She is married to Keith Wenger

Monica Driver (On-Line)

Monica’s company “Equus Media” has developed into the thoroughbred industry’s leading source of web service and design.  A long time NY Breeder, and a friend for many years, Monica developed www.mcmahonandhill.com from scratch and is responsible for many of the ideas incorporated here in.
